In France, less than 7 % populations is formed in the first helps. This lack of knowledge of gestures to be brought to the victims can draw lethal consequences away. To reduce the number of dead or the consequences caused by an absence of gestures of help, the Regional council of the young people offers to the young people limousins from 16 to 25 years to follow a training free PSC1.

The Region makes a large appeal to plan towards youth, title 110 plans for the young people . It is a help to job to create new markets and to struggle against financial crisis.
Objective: make appear from original professional plans to allow 18-30 years to find a place, to develop new activities.

On the January 1st of this year, law LRU (voted in August, 2007), on the autonomy of universities will come back in force. The University of Limoges came candidate to the Ministry of Higher education to be part pilot universities of about twenty for the installation of this law. This law has as objective to give an autonomy almost complete to the Presidents of Universities. But it is going to draw away a complete confusion in functioning within the University and especially to the detriment of UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. Read continuation

On March 15th, 2008, the Training committee, Job, school Life and Citizenship has met for the second time.
We could take stock of the situation on the advance of researches, and determine the plans which it is opportune to follow. We work currently on several ideas, but nothing is sure for the moment as for their implementation. It is again necessary us to unite elements before introducing them in the assembly of CRJ.

I come to make a bit pub for Erasmus. I think that to be full of people claim that it is an interesting mega experience which they would really like to attract, but that later they quickly deflate in the building of plan. Because this can be a nice administrative shit. In fact, my purpose is to make a small recipe surgical mode of plan Erasmus, to give full of knack that I would be kind enough to know before leaving.
